As a Technical Service Provider (TSP), Joseph Gocsik, TSP-16-21717 is also able to prepare CAP 112 Prescribed Burning Management Plans and Conduct Prescribed burns through the United States Department of Agriculture Natural Resource Conservation Service (USDA NRCS) Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP).
